Weekly Worship

Our mission at Stanmore is to promote the spiritual development and growth of every believer with special emphasis on a Christ-centred and Spirit-filled ministry for the congregation and the community.

Saturday Morning Bible Study

Join us every Saturday from 10:00am for inspiring music and a study of God’s Word. There are Bible studies for all age groups, with a worship and praise program. The children’s Bible classes are filled with Bible focused activities, singing and stories. The older age groups have an in-depth Bible study where people can ask questions and discuss the weekly Bible study lesson. To get a Bible study lesson guide, ask a Sabbath School teacher or log on to www.absg.adventist.org You will find a group for both yourself and your children here at Stanmore Church.

Worship Program starts at 11.00am

Music and singing are part of the worship service, including a Bible-based message relevant to the times we live in. A short story is also told during the program for children. You are invited after the service for a special time of prayer for personal requests; or if you simply like to pray.

Magnificent Music

If you have a love for music, then you will appreciate one of Stanmore’s most outstanding features – its musical talents. Our well known music groups include: Mauritian Singers, Redeemed, and Stanmore Singers.

Our musicians and singers are from all ages and come from differing cultures and backgrounds. Week after week, our audiences regularly enjoy a delightful variety of singing and instrumental accompaniment during the Saturday morning worship programs.
